Booking Info

  • Airport Pick-Up/Drop-Off:
    If you choose to pick up your vehicle at the Bozeman Airport, we will have the car parked at the airport parking lot at the time of your arrival. We will send you the location as soon as we drop it off. The car will have a lockbox with the key. The code to the lockbox will be sent to you 24 hours before your arrival.
    For the drop-off, just park the car, lock the keys up and send us the location.

  • Ross Creek Cabins Pick-Up:

    If you prefer to pick up your car at Ross Creek Cabins, we can either deliver the car to your cabin, if you are staying with us, or you can meet us here and we can hand over the car in person.

    Your driver’s license, car insurance, and rental agreement signature will be collected at time of booking so when you arrive, there is no paperwork. Just head out to your car and start your adventure!

Booking Terms

  • There is a two day minimum for rentals.

  • You can choose to make a 50% down payment or pay in full up front. If a down payment is made, the remainder will be charged 7 days before arrival.

  • A $250 Damage Deposit will be authorized, not charged, to your card and released after your departure.

  • Cancel for a full refund up to 5 days before arrival. After that there is a $50 cancellation fee. No-shows will not be refunded.

  • We do not allow pets or smoking.

  • No more waiting at the counter to get your keys and give your information. Simply walk off the plane and straight to your car. We use a lockbox and send the vehicle location to you. Your driver info is collected from the comfort of your home as part of the booking process.

  • Stuck? Car won’t start because it’s too cold? We are here and will help any time.

    Our vehicles are also equipped with Starlink and have a service number to call in case of flat tires, no fuel, or any other issue.

  • There is a reason you will see so many Subarus in Bozeman. They work great here. The AWD system coupled with snow tires means that no matter your experience with winter driving, our cars will get you to your destination safely.

    They are also quiet, comfortable, and have large scenic windows that will make your national park tour that much more enjoyable.

  • We offer a variety of free extras to make your trip better, including camping chairs, coolers, beach towels, and bear spray.

    Our cars also come stocked with binoculars, phone chargers, sunscreen, bug spray, umbrellas, etc.
